BreAnna Schwartz
I am an attorney in Houston, Texas with a focus in criminal law.

I received my law degree from the University of Houston, a tier one law school, in 2012 and was admitted to the Texas bar the same year. After being admitted to practice, I worked as a prosecutor for the Harris County District Attorney's office before starting my own firm.

In the nearly nine years I was a prosecutor, I handled thousands of cases ranging from traffic tickets to serious felonies like burglary and murder. I've tried numerous misdemeanor and felony cases in front of juries, I've written appeals, I trained junior prosecutors on how to investigate and present cases to a jury.
I spent several years in post-conviction writs where my work involved investigating and analyzing cases for actual innocence issues, witness recantation issues and investigative defects.

I use my experience as a prosecutor, and the knowledge I gained there to the advantage of my clients. I give my clients dedicated attention and fully investigate cases to ensure the best possible outcome.
